Take 1 lb (454 g) chicken breasts or protein of your choice, make a slit on it for better flavour, rub with 3 tbsp Spicy Tikka Marinade. Allow marinating in a refrigerator for at least half an hour, ideally 2 hours. BBQ on the grill, For baking, place in oven safe dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 °F (205 °C) for 25 minutes or until done. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
Daadi Ma’s Tips: This Marinade is made with Vegan ingredients. Tofu, Paneer, Vegetarian Chicken, or your choice of vegetables can replace meat while enjoying the real Spicy Tikka flavour.
