Serves 3 to 4
Rinse 1 cup, your choice of lentils (Dal) and soak for 10 minutes.
Add drained lentils, a bottle of Dal Masala and 3 cups of water to a medium saucepan.
Cover, bring to simmer and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add more water if necessary.
