In a medium saucepan, stir-fry 1 lb (454 g) diced chicken breasts in 2 tbsp oil for 5- 7 minutes or until water evaporates. Add a bottle of Butter Chicken Sauce and ¾ cup of water.
Bring to a simmer and cook covered for 20- 25 minutes.
Daadi Ma’s Tips: Enjoy with steamed rice or naan. This sauce is made with Vegan ingredients. Tofu, Vegetarian Chicken, or your choice of vegetables can replace Chicken while enjoying the real butter curry flavour.
